Delete your account.

You can delete your Rayva account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. It removes your profile, your credentials and your sign-in on every device, right away.

If you can't get into the app, email us and we'll do it for you.

In the Rayva app

Open Rayva and tap your initial in the top right corner of the home screen.
Tap Account, then scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete forever.

That's it. You're signed out everywhere and the account is gone. It cannot be undone; to use Rayva again you'd start over as a new caregiver.

By email

Send a message to hello@getrayva.com with the subject "Delete my Rayva account", from the email address on your account or with the phone number you sign in with. We confirm the deletion by reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, phone number, email, home address and credential class.
Your licenses, certifications and their verification results.
Your availability, radius and notification settings.
Every device sign-in and push-notification registration.
Your identity-verification result. The photo of your ID and your selfie were only ever held by Stripe, and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment and tax records for visits you were paid for: kept for as long as tax and payment law requires, generally seven years, then removed.
Background check reports, if you ordered one: kept for as long as the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires and no longer.
Records of completed visits that an agency is required to keep for its own compliance stay in that agency's account, with your name on them. They are no longer linked to a Rayva account.

Nothing kept is used to contact you or to build a profile of you, and none of it is sold.

Agencies

Agency accounts are closed from Settings in the agency dashboard, or by emailing the address above. The same retention rules apply to invoices and visit records.
