Skilled nursing visits

Wound care, IV therapy, injections, catheter changes and patient teaching under an agency plan of care. Priced per visit type.

Start-of-care assessments

Comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation completed in the app with the agency's forms, so nothing waits for you at home.

Aide supervisory visits

The 14-day supervisory visits Medicare requires for aides on skilled cases. Short, predictable, and routed onto the loop you are already driving.

What Nebraska asks of an RN, and how Rayva handles it.

An active Nebraska or multistate RN license
Nebraska is a Nurse Licensure Compact state. A Nebraska license or a multistate license from another compact state both work. Rayva verifies it once and re-checks it automatically.
Assessment and care planning stay with you
In Nebraska the comprehensive assessment, care planning and delegation are RN functions. Rayva offers those visits only to RNs and prices them accordingly.
Supervision of LPNs and aides
Skilled visits by LPNs and aides on Rayva run under a named supervising RN on the agency plan of care. If you take that role for a case, their notes come to you and the supervisory visits are offered to you first.
Continuing competency
Nebraska requires 20 contact hours or 500 practice hours per two-year renewal. Rayva visits count as practice hours, and the app keeps your visit log ready for renewal.

Do assessments pay more than skilled visits?
Yes. Start-of-care and recertification assessments are priced as their own visit type and pay more than a routine skilled visit. You see the rate before you accept.
I have a compact license from another state. Does it work?
Yes, as long as your primary state of residence is a compact state and the license is multistate. You practice under Nebraska's scope while you are here.
Can I keep my hospital or clinic job?
Yes. Most early users pick up Rayva visits on days off. There are no minimums and no exclusivity.
What about liability and insurance?
