What the work looks like

The visits a CNA gets offered.

Personal care

Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting for a patient on an agency plan of care. Usually 45 to 60 minutes.

Mobility and transfers

Range-of-motion, ambulation and safe transfers after a hospital stay or surgery. The visit notes tell you the patient's status before you arrive.

Vitals and observation

Temperature, pulse, blood pressure and skin checks, recorded in the app and sent straight to the supervising RN.

Respite and companion visits

Give a family caregiver a few hours off. Often longer visits, often repeat patients, and continuity matching sends them to you first.

You need an active listing with the Nebraska DHHS Nurse Aide Registry. Rayva verifies it once at signup and re-checks it automatically; you never upload it again.
Paid nurse-aide work every 24 months
