Do I have to leave my agency job?
No. Most early users start with a few Rayva visits on their days off. Some go fully independent, some never do. Both are fine with us.
What does Rayva cost me?
Nothing, ever. The rate on the offer is what hits your account. Rayva charges the agency or family requesting the visit.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
That depends on your state, and we are honest about it. Where independent work is allowed, you work as a 1099 professional with optional benefits. Where the law requires it, you work W-2 through our agency of record. Either way, the app and the rates work the same.
What about liability and insurance?
Every visit booked through Rayva carries professional liability coverage, included. Occupational accident coverage is available at group rates.
When does Rayva open near me?
We open a county when enough verified workers have joined, starting in Nebraska in 2026. Signing up now puts you at the front of the line and costs nothing.
