What Nebraska asks of an LPN, and how Rayva handles it.

An active Nebraska or multistate LPN license
Nebraska is a Nurse Licensure Compact state. A Nebraska license or a multistate license from another compact state both work. Rayva verifies it against the state registry once and re-checks it automatically.
Working under RN direction
Nebraska LPNs practice under the direction of an RN or physician. Every Rayva skilled visit belongs to an agency plan of care with a named supervising RN, and your notes go to that RN in real time.
Within the LPN scope
Start-of-care assessments and care planning stay with the RN. Rayva only offers LPNs visits that fall inside the Nebraska LPN scope, so you never have to turn one down on that basis.
Continuing competency
Nebraska requires 20 contact hours or 500 practice hours per two-year renewal. Rayva visits count as practice hours, and the app keeps your visit log ready for renewal.

Each offer shows a base rate for the skilled visit type, mileage from your location, and any boost for storms or high-need days. The total on the offer is what you are paid.
What about liability and insurance?
